Fall

It is definitely fall here in Germany,and the kids and I have been enjoying some "crisp" air activities..Even though it seems a LOT colder than fall. We have already had our first snow here,and are really looking forward to more. We are still very excitedly waiting for Gus to return home. Not long now,not long. The kids and I (well mostly Ashton and I) and our friends the Kay's cleaned and baked a pumpkin and whipped up a few pumpkin inspired treats.So enjoy the pictures!!

I am adding a few from our "staycation" as well. We had our friends over for a slumber party,beautiful meal,and hike the next day. It was a wonderful time of fellowship,and encouragement in the Lord!

I am going to try and keep up with this,as most of our family and friends are far away and I hope it will be a way to keep everyone up on what is going on.


So as of today we are in the home stretch of this deployment,I won't post any dates because you never know who could be reading this,and because I love my husband I will do my best to keep him safe. The kids and I are really gearing up though. We have our sign ready to hang and the kids have made their tshirts to wear when we go to pick daddy up. He won't get leave until some time in Dec. but we have some small trips planned right away. My mom will be coming in Nov. and we will be spending Thanksgiving at Edelweiss,we went during R&R and Gus absolutely loved it.It is located in the Bavarian Alps and it is beautiful there. Ok well I will keep everyone updated as I can.
